Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to and use of the AgentReady Control Plane and related managed Environment services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

AgentReady provides a control layer for organizations, isolated Environments, managed agents, deployment intent, provider resources, licensing and usage. Features and limits vary by plan or written order.

Your responsibilities

• Keep administrator credentials and enrollment secrets confidential.
• Create and manage only organizations and Environments you are authorized to control.
• Configure connected providers, permissions, budgets and approval rules responsibly.
• Comply with applicable law, contracts, privacy obligations and provider terms.

Customer data and managed agents

You retain your rights in customer data. You authorize AgentReady to process it only as needed to provide the Service. Managed agents can make mistakes; you are responsible for reviewing permissions, approvals and outputs before relying on them.

Third-party services

The Service can connect to model, hosting, ERP, email and messaging providers. Their availability, policies and charges are separate from AgentReady, and you are responsible for authorizing those connections.

Plans, fees and suspension

Plans, Environment slots, usage limits and renewal terms are shown at purchase or in an applicable order. We may restrict or suspend access for non-payment, security risk, unlawful use or material breach.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update features and these Terms; material changes will be communicated through the Service or to the account contact.
